This consulting engagement evaluates the lived culture of your church in comparison to its declared Values, Vision, and Mission.

 

Culture is not what leadership announces.
Culture is what behavior consistently reveals.

 

This is not a culture-building workshop.
This is a leadership alignment audit.

 

What This Engagement Examines:

• Behavioral consistency between leadership and stated commitments
• Cultural patterns among staff and volunteers
• Alignment between declared statements and lived experience
• Internal perception versus external reputation
• Early indicators of drift, confusion, or fragmentation

 

Culture either confirms leadership clarity or exposes its absence.

This engagement provides objective insight into which is occurring.

 

What Is Included:

The minimum investment includes participation from:

• Senior Pastor
• One additional leader
• Up to three board members
• Up to twenty congregation members

 

Structured surveys are distributed to both leadership and select participants.
All responses are confidential and professionally analyzed.

Additional participants may be included for $65 per person.

his includes survey access and full data analysis.

For healthy representation, it is recommended that at least 20% of the regular attending body participate.

Example: A church with 150 regular Sunday attenders, including staff, would include approximately 25 to 30 participants.

 

Process Overview:

The maximum allowable time for this process is forty-five days.

• Structured cultural perception surveys
• Leadership behavioral alignment evaluation
• Professional data analysis
• Written Culture Alignment Report
• Leadership review and corrective guidance

Work is conducted primarily through a shared Google document, with scheduled clarification calls as needed. This is an email-based system.

• Clear documentation of alignment gaps
• Leadership-level corrective recommendations
