Strategy Alignment Audit
LCSM10 Strategic Direction Review

Minimum Investment: $2,150

This consulting engagement evaluates your church’s current strategy in comparison to its declared Values, Vision, and Mission.

Strategy is not activity.
Strategy is disciplined movement.

Many churches are busy.
Few are aligned.

This is not a strategic planning workshop.
This is an alignment audit.

What This Engagement Examines:

• Whether current ministries reflect declared priorities
• Resource allocation consistency
• Staffing and volunteer deployment alignment

Strategy either advances Vision or dilutes it.

This engagement identifies which is occurring.
