This consulting engagement evaluates your church’s current strategy in comparison to its declared Values, Vision, and Mission.
This is not a strategic planning workshop.
This is an alignment audit.
What This Engagement Examines:

Strategy either advances Vision or dilutes it.
This engagement identifies what is occurring.
Participation Includes:
• Senior Pastor
• One additional leader
• The church board members
Congregational participation may be added when strategic clarity requires broader perspective.
Structured surveys and operational review tools are provided.
All responses are confidential and professionally analyzed.
Additional participants may be included for $65 per person.
Recommended additional participants include department leaders, ministry leaders, and key ministry staff.
This includes survey access and full data analysis.
