LCSM10 Values Development
Minimum Investment: $2,000
​Overview:
This consulting engagement guides church leadership through the structured discovery, analysis, and formal development of governing Values using the LCSM10 framework.
Values are the foundation of leadership authority.
They define which behaviors are honored, which decisions are permitted, and which boundaries shape ministry direction.
This is not branding work.
This is leadership infrastructure.
Minimum Investment Structure
The minimum investment includes participation from:
• Senior Pastor
• The church staff
• Congregation members
Leadership and congregation surveys are provided. All responses are confidential and professionally analyzed.
Additional participants beyond 15, may be included for $65 per person. This includes survey access and full data analysis.

For a healthy representation, it is recommended that at least 10% of the regular attending body.
Example: A church with 150 regular Sunday attenders, including staff, would include approximately 15 participants.
Process:
The minimum investment includes up to 15 participants:
• Senior Pastor
• Staff leaders, if applicable
• Board members
• Congregation members

Deliverables:
At the conclusion of the engagement, your church will possess:
• A formal Values Statement
• At least five governing Value Declarations
• Biblical foundations connected to each commitment
• Language capable of guiding leadership behavior, expectations, and policy
Completion is determined at the professional judgment of Dr. Nathanael J. Lucas according to LCSM10 alignment standards.
Boundaries:
• The engagement concludes within sixty days of the start date
• Participation delays do not extend the engagement period
• Delivery reflects progress achieved within the defined timeframe
