Vision Analysis and Statement Construction
LCSM10 Vision Development

Minimum Investment: $2,450

 

This consulting engagement guides church leadership through the structured development of a formal Vision statement using the LCSM10 framework.

 

Vision defines the future condition that leadership is responsible for pursuing.
 

This is not branding work.
This is directional leadership architecture.

 

Participants:

The recommended participants include:

• Senior Pastor

• All staff pastors, and additional leaders

• The church board members

• Up to ten congregation members

 

Leadership and congregation surveys are provided. All responses are confidential and professionally analyzed.

 

Additional participants may be included for $65 per person. This includes survey access and full data analysis.

 

For a healthy representation, it is recommended that at least 10% of the regular attending body.

 

Example: A church with 150 regular Sunday attenders, including staff, would include approximately 15 participants.

 

Process Overview:

The maximum time to complete this work is sixty days.  Many organizations are able to motivate their teams to complete the surveys, discuss the results in preparation for drafting the new statement, and finalize the revised statements within 30 days.

Work is conducted primarily through a shared Google document with scheduled clarification calls when necessary. This is an e-mail based system.

At the conclusion of the engagement, your church will possess:

• A defined description of the future leadership you and your organization will pursue
• Directional clarity that informs Mission development
