About Dr. Lucas

Dr. Nathanael J. Lucas is the founder of Management Action Group and a practitioner-scholar in organizational leadership and strategic management. He brings extensive experience as a business owner and consultant, working directly within real-world operational environments. His work integrates academic research with applied leadership systems designed to improve organizational clarity and performance.

In 2018, Dr. Lucas completed his doctoral dissertation titled Identifying Relationships Between the Customer Focus Scores of Mission and Vision Statements and Customer Satisfaction Scores. This research examined measurable connections between strategic statement design and customer outcomes.

The findings from this work form the foundation of Management Action Group’s philosophy and framework. The organization focuses on nine strategic areas that strengthen alignment, improve customer satisfaction, and support long-term sustainability, growth, and profitability.

Dr. Lucas applies these principles through structured consulting engagements that translate research into practical leadership architecture for churches, nonprofits, and businesses.
