Private and Confidential Leadership Consulting Retainer
Four-Week Access | $100This four-week consulting retainer provides private and confidential leadership guidance rooted in biblical conviction and professional experience. It is designed for pastors, ministry leaders, and Christian-led organization leaders who desire thoughtful counsel, clarity, and perspective within a defined period of time.
The retainer includes up to one (1) hour of consulting time to be used within a four-week period. Consulting time is used through email correspondence.
Email consulting time is measured in increments of at least 6 minutes and includes the time required to read, review, thoughtfully consider, and respond. Longer or more complex messages may require additional time to ensure careful, accurate, and meaningful guidance.
Email communication is intended to be paced and reflective. It is common for clients to send an email, allow up to 24 hours for review and response, and engage in this way one to two times per week, depending on message length and complexity. This rhythm allows for prayerful consideration and focused responses within the allotted time for consultation.
Consulting topics may include, but are not limited to:
• Values, vision, mission, and policy clarity
• Leadership alignment and decision-making
• Financial or organizational considerations
• Sabbaticals, workload, and work-life balance
• Ministry sustainability and growth
• Sermon review or leadership development
All communication is treated as private and confidential.
This retainer provides consulting and advisory guidance only. It does not include document creation, writing services, research, or licensed counseling or therapy. All guidance is offered in good faith as sound biblical and professional counsel, with final decisions, implementation, and outcomes remaining the responsibility of the client.
